Sarah Bosha is the director of legal research and human rights at the Center for Global Health Policy and Politics at Georgetown University Law Center. The primary focus of her work is advancing human rights – particularly the right to health – and the rights of vulnerable communities and groups. She also advocates for access to HIV testing and treatment services for key populations.
Sarah has been teaching the PgDip study unit on the legal framework and organisational practices regarding the employment of workers with HIV/Aids since 2023. It seeks to highlight international and regional standards and best practices in protecting the rights of workers living with HIV. “As an advocate for health equity, I believe in the mission of the Africa Centre in training a cadre of professionals committed to inclusive health management.”
In her personal life, Sarah is an avid art lover, particularly African art. She can often be found scouring local markets in search of unique pieces to add to her collection.
