• Between July 2023 to end December 2024, the centre had 11 266 followers on Facebook, an
increase of 3 711 on the previous year. For LinkedIn over the same period, the centre had 5 082
followers, an increase of 3 765 on the previous year.
11. Looking forward
The successes achieved in 2024 would not have been possible without the extraordinary efforts of the
Africa Centre’s staff. Their dedication to academic excellence, curriculum renewal and strategic
planning has been instrumental in translating the vision, mission and values into actionable outcomes.
The team demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to shaping the centre’s present and
future, especially embarking on the new path towards inclusive health management.
The achievements of 2024 position the Africa Centre for Inclusive Health Management as a leader in
inclusive and transformative health management education. By integrating feedback from
stakeholders, addressing systemic gaps and expanding its academic portfolio, the centre is well-
prepared to play a key role in shaping the future of health systems across and beyond Africa.
